“Accountants Nudged to Blend Accounting Practices with Fintech”

: Workshop conducted to raise awareness of latest fintech innovations for the accounting industry.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 20 February 2018 – Every accounting firm now needs to ensure that it provides more than just accounting reports and statutory advice on tax and submissions – it is becoming critical for each firm to become a trusted advisor for its clients by effectively blending fintech (to give financial insights) and acctech (to perform financial reporting). This was an observation made by MyFInB in a recent dialogue it had with more than 80 accountants in an event organised by MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) on 20th February 2018
