“Leveling the playing field for Start-ups”
: ASEAN’s Young Entrepreneurs invited to join the RoboCFO bandwagon
Kuala Lumpur, 14th November 2018 – The Singapore Business Federation hosted the 3rd ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival (AYEC) in conjunction with the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit on 13th and 14th November.
The summit, titled “Smart Leaders: Smart Business” was attended by over 300 young business leader across 10 ASEAN countries, focusing on finance innovations that could help the growth and success of business with the aid of artificial technology. MyFinB was among an elite group of panelists taking part at the event.
Using AI to assess the delegate’s basic business data, an analytics platform is able to gauge its business and financial position, and benchmark its performance. The young entrepreneurs in attendance would find tools offered by A.I companies such as MyFinB especially useful for its valuation of their business.
“The real value in a financial report is the summary of recommendations that are produced alongside the benchmarking and financial performance score. The recommendations would be a guide for young entrepreneurs who are looking for advice that is specifically tailored to their business. MyFinB’s RoboCFO solutions provide these and also connects them to financial advisors” says Mr M. Nazri, founder and CEO of MyFinB. “It’s like the Uber of the finance world, but instead of connecting passengers to drivers, we are connecting businessmen to the most relevant financial advisor.”
MyFinB’s DIAL programme was presented to the young entrepreneurs as an imitative where “everyone can now own A.I”. The DIAL program involves the use of AI and cognitive analytics to solve problems in the company, and can be developed in-house. The relationship would be such that MyFinB provides the platform and algorithm, and the partner would contribute data, methodology and access to its client network. This is provided with no upfront costs and gives the young entrepreneurs a chance to level the playing field with their established peers.
